Before approaching us by mail, please read below information about the possibility to acquire our questionnaire and/or to receive other types of support.

First observation:
We are a commercial firm. Therefore, we will not make available the questionnaire used by us. At the same time, we are interested in further development of know-how certainly in our field of operation and therefore don’t want to put you off.

Second observation:
Actually, making the questionnaire available will not be of great help, without also making available the way answers are loading the different dimensions in The Hofstede Model on strategy, culture and change. The way this has to be done is not obvious. In order to avoid as much as possible “socially desirable answers” the questions are being presented ad-randomly. Moreover the algorithms used are not all the same and not all questions are used for the same purpose. It goes without saying that this will not be made public at all.

Third observation:
The raw data thus collected cannot be used without lengthily briefing from our side. That is the reason that our partner organization, Feedbackdialog”, has assisted us by developing report generating software. At the moment 35.000 programming rules have been installed.

Fourth observation: There are two ways in which you can receive assistance from us:

1. You acquire certification which will allow you to conduct quick scans of organizations you want to survey. See for the conditions under the tab: CONSULTANTS and then “Certification”.
2. We will conduct quick scans on your behalf

In both cases the cost price has to be paid for data collection either by the organizations concerned or by another party.

We will give additional support in screening the raw data to answer your questions which will not be automatically answered by the results presented in the reports, generated by our software.
