In this part we address potential clients directly, as we also service clients directly. Without doing so we would not have been able to develop our integrated approach. We will continue doing so in order to improve and expand our tools, but it is not our intention to become a big player in its own right. It is and it will remain our core business to supply change agents with the best tools available world-wide.
We have developed an integrated approach to measure your actual and optimal culture(s) and to assist you in realizing change in a focused way.
The Hofstede Model is a powerful analytical tool to determine swiftly whether there are relevant discrepancies between your actual and optimal culture(s). Take the following analogy:
If you have the choice between a surgeon who tells you that he/she will do an operation on you, solely based on his/her intuition or a surgeon who makes use of a MRI-scan, it is clear who you will prefer.
We are not at all against intuition, but at the same time we prefer the most advanced technology, if it well help us to survive and to flourish. Our integrated on-line change tools will change the instruments your surgeon will use from either intuition or a scalpel to keyhole surgery.
It is up to you to answer the question whether your culture(s) will support you in realizing your goals in the best possible way in the coming let’s say five years. After all, no matter how intelligent your colleagues are, how advanced your technology is, how deep your pockets may be, if your colleagues cannot work well together, if they squander resources, if they are not creative as a group, if they treat clients like children, thus if they are not able or willing to realise your goals, objectives and targets in the best possible ways you may not succeed.
As Clinton could have said: “It is the culture, stupid……………”, which is not what we say, as you are no children.
