Certification and training

Management consultancy firms that wish one or more of their consultants to become certified can contact us directly. The same applies of course to independent consultants or others who would like to obtain certification. Each consultant who wants to make use of our quick scans and tools has to be certified by us. Certification will take place after training has been concluded successfully.

 

Target group

Culture can be used for many purposes. We direct ourselves especially at HR consultants, change agents and strategy consultants. Consultants in other fields may also benefit by making use of our scans and tools, such as those assisting clients to increase safety in the work place or to enhance communication. For those we can fine-tune training and certification to their field of specialisation.

 

Pricing

There are three certification programs:

  1. Standard training. 2 days, €3000
    • basic concepts
    • the Hofstede Model on strategy, culture and change
    • online quick scans: actual and optimal culture
    • introduction to change tools to bridge the gap between actual and optimal culture
    • application and logistics
  2. Advanced training. 1 day, €1500
    • online quick scan: desired culture
    • extensive training on the use of change tools
  3. International application. 1 day, €1500
    • Application of the Hofstede Model in an international context using Hofstede's "5D model".

The prices are ex VAT, and include consumptions, lunches and all documentation. In the case of the standard training the price also includes one dinner at the end of the first day.

 

Timing

In March 2009 the first certification was finished succesfully, with participants from Germany(working in Ethiopia), Ireland and the Netherlands. In December 2009 the second training was also successfully concluded, with participants form Albania and the Netherlands. For the upcoming seminars see our calendar for future dates.

The first international follow-up will take place after a fair number of consultants, having been already certified, feel the need to work successfully in national cultures different from their own.

We will start with the advanced training after our partner, Feedbackdialog, has programmed the content of the advanced approach, which will be realized in due course.
